About ElecTech Elections
Services
Here is an overview of the services we provide:
Online school elections
Run student council, RCL, prefect, leadership, and staff elections online. Create several ballots and show each voter group only the relevant ballots.
SGB elections
Manage SGB nominations and voting by constituency. Electoral Officers can verify nominations, control the election, and confirm the results.
Electronic nominations and candidate profiles
Collect nominations, candidate photos, statements, and supporting information online. Give voters clear information before they make their choices.
Secure voter access
Send single-use voting access by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Schools can also print access slips with QR codes.
Turnout, results, and reporting
Monitor turnout while voting remains open without exposing ballot choices. Export results to Excel or PDF when voting closes.
Election setup and support
Receive support throughout the election process, from initial setup to election day. Our team helps schools prepare and manage each stage.
